We became car-free when a now-convicted young man jumped into a illegally running car and plowed it into our S80 Volvo. Due to serious health issues, we are no longer car free. Renovating the basement common area to something usefull and tasteful that will entice people to use the space - for something other than a dumping ground. Just some space where junk accumulated.
